How to order
Ordering takes about 2 minutes. Here's everything about delivery, shipping fees and paying by GCash.

Pick matcha and essentials. Ordering a lot? Volume pricing applies by itself. Your cart is saved on your phone.
Check out
Enter the receiver's name and mobile, choose delivery, and drop a pin on the map.
Pay by GCash
Scan our QR for the exact amount, then upload your payment screenshot on the same screen.
Track it
Once payment is confirmed we pack and ship. Follow every step and get your tracking number on the Track Order page.
Delivery
Three ways to get your matcha
J&T courier, nationwide
Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, usually 2–5 days. The J&T fee is paid with your order and we book the courier for you.
Same-day rider
Lalamove or Grab, anywhere they deliver. Let us book it (we need your map pin), or book it yourself. You pay the rider's fare. Some essentials (like liquids) go by rider or pickup only.
Free pickup
Moussetache Cafe, 8th Avenue, Caloocan City. We'll message you when it's ready.
Shipping fees
J&T rates
Living on a smaller island? Pick your region at checkout; if J&T charges more for your address, we'll message you before shipping. Parcels over 10kg get a shipping quote on Messenger before you pay.
Payment
Paying by GCash
- After you place your order, we show our GCash QR and the exact amount to pay.
- On the same phone? Long-press the QR to save it, then use Upload QR in the GCash app. Or tap Copy number and send it manually.
- Or send to GCash 0917 688 1343.
- Upload your payment screenshot on the order screen. We confirm and prepare your order.
Your order code
Every order gets a code like MT1031-AB2C. Use it with your mobile number on the Track Order page, or when you message us.
Ordering for someone else?
Enter the receiver's name, mobile and address. Add a gift message in the notes.
