Ordering
How do I order?
Add matcha or essentials to your cart, go to checkout, fill in the receiver and delivery details, then pay by GCash. See How to order.
Do I need an account?
No. Your cart and delivery details are remembered on your phone so repeat orders are faster.
Can I order for someone else?
Yes. Enter the receiver's name, mobile and address, and add a gift message in the notes.
Is there a bulk discount?
Yes. Save 5% on 30+ packs (30g to 100g) or 5kg+ of bags, and 10% on 50+ packs or 10kg+. Mix any matcha and size; the discount is applied automatically at checkout. See bulk pricing.
How do I track my order?
Go to Track Order and enter your order code and mobile number. You'll see each step and your tracking number once it ships.
An item says Sold out. When is it back?
Tap Notify me when back on the product and leave your email. We'll email you once, as soon as it's back in stock.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Message us on Facebook with your order code as soon as possible. Changes are easiest before we ship.
Payment
How do I pay?
By GCash. After you place your order we show our QR and the exact amount. Then upload your payment screenshot on the same screen.
Is cash on delivery available?
No. Items and the J&T fee are paid together before we ship.
I paid but forgot to upload my screenshot.
Send it on Messenger with your order code (it looks like MT1031-AB2C) and we'll match it.
Shipping & delivery
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, by J&T to Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. See the rate table.
Why can't I choose J&T for some items?
Some essentials, like liquids in bottles, don't travel well by courier. They go by same-day rider (Lalamove / Grab) or pickup. Remove them from your cart if you want everything shipped by J&T.
How long does delivery take?
J&T usually takes 2–5 days after payment is confirmed. Same-day riders arrive the same day.
How much is shipping?
It depends on your region and the parcel weight. Checkout adds the exact J&T fee once you pick your area.
Can you book a Lalamove or Grab for me?
Yes. Choose same-day rider at checkout and drop your map pin. We book it and send you the tracking link; you pay the rider's fare.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, free pickup at Moussetache Cafe, 8th Avenue, Caloocan City. We message you when it's ready.
Our matcha
What does first harvest mean?
It is matcha made from the year's first tea leaves, which are the most tender. They give a brighter colour and smoother, sweeter taste.
Which one should I buy?
Yabukita for everyday lattes, iced drinks and baking. Okumidori for straight matcha and premium lattes. Compare them.
How do reviews work?
Once your order has shipped (or been picked up), tap Write a review on the product page, or use the links on your Track Order page. Enter your order code and mobile number, rate it, and add a photo if you like. We check every review before it appears.
How many cups does one tin make?
For a 12oz drink we use 4–5g. That's about 10–12 cups from a 50g tin and 6–7 cups from a 30g tin.
How do I make a matcha latte?
For a 12oz latte, whisk 4–5g of matcha with 40–50ml of hot (not boiling) water, then add frothed oat milk. Full recipes in our matcha guide.
How should I store it?
Close the tin tightly and keep it cool and dark. Once opened, enjoy it within a few weeks for the best flavour.
